Collaborating with Resilient Hearts on EmpowerED’s Customer Discovery and Prototyping was an insightful experience that significantly enhanced my IT Business Analysis skills, particularly in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and solution design. Positive Aspects One of the key strengths of this collaboration was the organization's well-defined mission, which provided a clear direction and made it easier to align our research and solutions with their goals. Additionally, engaging directly with parents, caregivers, and individuals with developmental disabilities offered firsthand insights, enriching our customer personas and problem analysis. Furthermore, the project's iterative approach allowed us to refine our proposed solutions effectively based on continuous feedback. Challenges & Learnings Despite these strengths, the project presented some challenges. Reaching a broader audience for surveys and interviews required additional effort in outreach and partnership-building. Moreover, as the project evolved, certain requirements shifted, emphasizing the importance of adaptability in IT Business Analysis.
