From the start the team were eager to learn and showed preparedness with clear and well-considered questions. They were methodical in their approach in assessing the problem space, analysis of the available data, and structuring a plan of action in a clearly defined proposal and project timeline, dividing the work amongst the team, to take the research further and identify new insights. Feedback from the company was always viewed with a pro-active mindset and considered carefully in the wider context of the research the team actively pursued. This further research included identification of the key stakeholders and their power and influence, and evaluated with respect to value proposition, the target market, and the strategic objectives of the company. The final presentation was delivered with evidence of analysis, critical thinking, and some very useful visual tools to bring the proposition to life.
