Project feedback

Our team worked on the IT Support Enhancement Project through Level UP in March 2025. While it was a valuable opportunity to apply our skills, there were several challenges that impacted our experience. We received the source code and project materials only three weeks before the deadline, instead of at the beginning of the 3-month term. Additionally, we did not receive access to the required API key with credits and tokens, so we couldn't properly test the AI integration component. Communication was also slow, which made coordination and development more difficult than expected. With better planning and responsiveness, this project could be much more effective for future participants.
