Leo Charter Services is seeking to enhance its business development and marketing efforts by optimizing its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and daily sales operations. The project aims to streamline the CRM processes to improve customer interactions and data management. Additionally, the project will focus on supporting daily sales operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness. The team will analyze current CRM practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales performance. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of CRM systems, marketing strategies, and sales operations in a real-world setting. The goal is to create a more cohesive and efficient system that supports the company's business development objectives.

Deliverables

- Assisting with daily sales operations and customer inquiries online; identifying problems for sales operation improvement


- A comprehensive report detailing the current CRM and sales operations processes, including identified areas for improvement.


- A set of recommendations and strategies to optimize CRM usage and enhance daily sales operations.


- Implementation of at least one CRM optimization strategy and a plan for ongoing improvements.


- A presentation summarizing findings and proposed solutions to Leo Charter Services' management team.
