operations process analysis researchI am looking to invest in new software to meet my needs and assist our growth. I am not certain of the options that are available or the features and benefits of each. I would like for students to help us research and choose the most ideal software to invest in. I am wanting a software than manages my client scheduling, billing and invoicing. I would also like a program where I can send out assessments and forms for clients to fill out and have them sent to me and the client. And finally the ideal program would have a filing system for each client where i can keep records of coaching calls, etc.
Students should be prepared to:
- Conduct a needs analysis.
- Research available options and feedback
- Evaluate the options within the context of our budget, immediate needs, and projected needs.
- Provide a report with a final recommendation and explanation.

True North Coaching launched in the spring of 2001 by Laura North, one of Vancouver, BC's first certified coaches. She is like a personal fitness trainer for your whole life. Laura offers a Complimentary 60 minute coaching session to anyone looking to hire her as a coach. A good match between the coach and the client is paramount to the success of the coaching. The initial agreement is for a 3 hour Discovery Session followed by 4 months of coaching 3 times a month for 40 minutes. Clients usually keep coaching for up to a year and some have coached with Laura over a decade. The feedback Laura gets is that with coaching client's lived has clarity. focus and momentum.
