Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) educates women about sophisticated stealth tactics used in relationships, workplaces, and social dynamics. We are looking for social media interns to help us create engaging, visually appealing content for our two lead-generating tools: the Player Typology Chatbot and the Blind Spot Assessment. These tools help individuals uncover manipulation tactics and identify cognitive biases, giving them the tools to make more informed decisions in their lives.


Interns will work with our extensive database of manipulation moves, connecting these principles to popular TV shows, movies, or relevant social issues that are currently resonating with their generation. By tapping into current trends and media, they will help us create content that resonates with college students, our target psychographic. Whether it’s drawing parallels between the power dynamics in popular shows or illustrating cognitive biases through everyday situations, the goal is to make these topics relatable and engaging.

Deliverables

Expected Deliverables:

  • Social media graphics (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for marketing campaigns
  • Short video promos (Reels, TikToks) and motion graphics
  • Engaging website design for landing pages focused on driving signups for the tools
  • Narrative content linking manipulation tactics to trending media and culture

  • Social media marketing strategy
  • Graphic design for social media (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • Video editing and motion graphics (for Instagram Reels/TikToks)
  • Basic UI/UX design for website (CMS platforms like Squarespace)
