TC Wellness, a company dedicated to promoting health and well-being, seeks to enhance its local presence and client engagement. The project aims to develop a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that leverages in-person outreach, digital platforms, and client loyalty programs. The goal is to increase brand awareness and foster a stronger connection with the local community as a follow up to a summer series called "21 Days of Self Care". Learners will apply their knowledge of marketing principles and digital communication to create a cohesive plan that aligns with company values and objectives. The project will involve analyzing current marketing efforts, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative strategies to reach a wider audience. By focusing on local exposure, the project will help us build lasting relationships with clients and enhance our reputation and impact.

Deliverables

Increased Local Brand Awareness

  • TC Wellness becomes more recognized within Ottawa and Toronto’s wellness communities.
  • Stronger presence at local events, clinics, and community hubs.

Improved Community Engagement

  • More residents actively participate in wellness events, workshops, and self-care challenges.

Clear, Actionable Marketing Roadmap

  • A 6–12 month plan guiding TC Wellness in outreach, campaigns, and communication efforts.
