The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) seeks to expand its reach by developing a network of strategic partnerships that align with its mission of teaching practical tools for navigating interpersonal dynamics and building resilience. This project will focus on creating a structured, business-oriented approach to identifying and establishing partnerships with organizations in education, technology, and professional development sectors.

Students will act as consultants to analyze FIA’s current positioning, identify potential partnership opportunities, and develop a strategic framework for outreach, collaboration, and long-term sustainability. The project aims to equip FIA with actionable insights and tools to optimize partnership development and resource allocation, ensuring measurable growth and impact.
