Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Employee Onboarding: Help streamline onboarding processes, ensuring new team members have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized employee records, adhering to confidentiality and data privacy requirements.
- Training & Development: Support the design and organization of training materials and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Assist in organizing staff meetings and events that promote team cohesion and a positive work culture.
- HR Communications: Draft and send out internal HR updates, reminders, and announcements as needed.
- Policy & Procedure Support: Contribute to the review and development of HR policies and practices that align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Academic Program: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Target Education Level: Bachelor's degree (4th-year student preferred)
Competencies, Skills, and Experience
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, essential for HR documentation and team interactions.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative approach to working with others.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Commitment to handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency with HR Software and Tools: Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software is a plus.
