10. Evaluate Summer Progression & Targets with Recommendations September 4-18

  • New Customers analysis (Where did they come from? What platforms saw the most success? What can be done differently?)
  • Fall Planning (New targets and goals)

Phase 10, a full evaluation of all of the past progress will be completed. With a focus on the new clients acquired. Specifically, where did they come from? What can be done differently? What platforms are the most success? Additionally, discussions between the candidate and the owner to develop a fall plan with new targets and goals.
