Project Steps

Students will engage in the following key steps:

  1. Identify Objectives and Conduct a Needs Assessment
  • Understand the diverse needs of our employees through surveys or focus groups.
  • Determine what benefits are most valued and required by our staff.
  1. Recommend Changes to the Program
  • Analyze the needs assessment findings and propose a tailored benefits package.
  • Consider budget constraints and feasibility in recommendations.
  • Gather and incorporate employee feedback into the proposed program.
  1. Create a Communication Strategy
  • Develop a clear and effective strategy for communicating the benefits to employees.
  • Determine channels for communication (e.g., meetings, emails, newsletters).
  1. Develop a Periodic Evaluation Process
  • Outline methods to periodically assess the effectiveness and relevance of the benefits program.
  • Establish metrics for evaluating employee satisfaction and program utilization.
