New Product Launch in International Markets:

For Paqt's Riipen partnership, Paqt is proposing 3 marketing projects (details below):

1. Initial product launch across North America
2. Market research/campaign into developing international markets
3. Special topics in international contracts, privacy, and digital signatures

Each marketing project can build upon Paqt's existing marketing materials or from scratch. Your team may select one of the projects and complete some or all of the project elements - the projects are flexible in size and scope to match your interests as a team.

We have a lead project manager who will provide specific instructions about Paqt's requirements and what the marketing campaign should entail. 1. Initial product launch across North America
=> Objective: To create marketing materials to launch a new B2B SaaS product in North America to a defined initial target market

- Adapt our existing marketing copy into a new marketing campaign for Canadian and American customers

- Focus on appealing to early-adopters and those most likely to be positive net promoters

- Marketing channels are primarily online, such as digital ads, videos, demos, emails, blog posts, and news kits for product websites

- The content you create would be used in our marketing campaign over the next year

- Strong call to action: The more customers you can persuade to sign up for our waitlist, the better our seed fundraising round will go

=> Project goal: Engaging, appealing marketing content for product launch; Multiply our waitlisted subscribers and LOIs with customers ready to use Paqt

2. Market research into developing international markets

=> Objective: Conduct market research to identify market opportunities and key differentiators in comparable markets in developing countries

- Research market dynamics in an international jurisdiction of your choice, especially in India, China, SE Asia, and Africa

- Sketch customer profiles and compare them to our existing market research for North America

- Test assumptions and identify key differences in how people enter into agreements in North America versus abroad

- Go beyond secondary sources; online surveys, interviews, and other creative research is encouraged

- Draft a business plan with marketing copy for product launch in the international market, with examples of key strategic partners who would be interested to work with Paqt

=> Project goal: Draft an actionable business plan for entry into a new international market

3. Special topics in international contracts, privacy, and digital signatures

=> Objective: Deep dive into a legal topic, to compare and contrast international and North American markets

- Topics include: Cross-border agreements, international alternative dispute resolution (ADR), privacy laws, digital signatures rules, etc.

- Research intensive; become an expert in one special topic and relay your key findings

- Work with a practicing lawyer at Paqt to draft memos like in legal practice

- Emphasis on currency; Find the most up-to-date information available, and identify key emerging trends

=> Project goal: Create a consulting report on a key legal topic, demonstrating non-obvious insights
