Details

Lixor, an innovative platform specializing in real-time language translation and lecture summarization, is poised for growth with its existing MVP roadmap. However, the platform faces the challenge of integrating numerous potential enhancements, such as advanced AI-driven question generation, improved summarization features, and deeper analytics for instructors. The goal of this project is to assist Lixor in refining its product strategy by identifying critical user needs and prioritizing features that align with both the MVP rollout and near-future growth objectives. This project will enable learners to apply their knowledge of product management and strategic planning to a real-world scenario, focusing on the intersection of technology and education. By analyzing user feedback, market trends, and competitive offerings, the team will develop a prioritized list of features that will enhance user engagement and platform effectiveness.

Deliverables

The project deliverables will include a comprehensive report detailing the prioritized list of features for Lixor's platform, supported by data-driven analysis and user feedback. Additionally, the team will provide a strategic roadmap outlining the implementation timeline for these features. Key deliverables include:

- A prioritized feature list with justifications.

- A strategic roadmap for feature implementation.

- A presentation summarizing findings and recommendations.

ILS Canada leads in promoting environmental progress through the efficient collection of recyclables that were previously considered non-recyclable and disposed of as waste. It accomplishes this by organizing educational events that encourage communities and participants to actively contribute to the recycling circular economy, driving innovation in the sorting of recyclable materials.
