Haletale Inc. seeks to enhance its online presence by developing strategic content for both social media platforms and help articles. The project aims to leverage the creative skills of learners to produce engaging and informative content that aligns with Haletale's brand identity. Participants will apply their knowledge of digital marketing and content creation to design visually appealing graphics and videos using tools like Canva and Clipchamp. Additionally, they will craft well-written help articles that provide clear and concise information to Haletale's user base. The project will focus on creating a cohesive content strategy that boosts user engagement and supports Haletale's communication goals.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a comprehensive content calendar outlining the planned social media posts and help articles. Learners will produce a series of at least five social media graphics and two short promotional videos. Additionally, they will write three detailed help articles that address common user queries. All content should be aligned with Haletale's branding and communication objectives.
