Details

Innovate Landfill Solution Canada is seeking to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for Lixor's Student Mobile Apps, targeting both iOS and Android platforms. The primary goal is to create a user-friendly application that enhances the learning experience for students by allowing them to join active lectures or sessions using a QR code or class code. The app will provide real-time transcripts in the student's preferred language, with the ability to toggle between the original and translated text for better understanding. This project aims to lay the groundwork for future offline capabilities, ensuring that students can download transcripts once this feature is implemented in subsequent phases. The project will focus on creating a seamless and intuitive interface that aligns with classroom knowledge, offering students a practical application of their skills in mobile app development.

Deliverables

The deliverables for this project include a functional MVP of the Lixor Student Mobile App for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should enable students to join lectures via QR or class codes and offer real-time transcript viewing with language toggling options. Additionally, the project should establish a foundation for future offline capabilities, ensuring scalability and ease of future development. The final deliverable will be a comprehensive report detailing the app's features, user interface design, and potential areas for future enhancement.
