Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) empowers women by helping them measure and improve their agency through a groundbreaking agency calculator. To deepen this journey, FIA seeks to create 10 symbolic rituals—inspired by the historical and cultural significance of magic—that celebrate milestones in women’s agency development.

The rituals should incorporate universal, culturally sensitive symbols and principles, avoiding appropriation while resonating with women across diverse backgrounds. These rituals will serve as meaningful gateways, marking progress in areas such as boundary setting, relational autonomy, emotional resilience, and self-trust.

Students will draw on their knowledge of magical practices, symbolism, and transitions to design accessible, inclusive, and meaningful rituals that FIA can integrate into its platform. Each ritual should highlight the transformative nature of milestones in a woman’s journey toward greater agency.
