The project aims to address educational disparities, foster community engagement, and create sustainable learning opportunities for diverse user groups. The project goals include: Program Development:  Create a comprehensive educational program tailored for the agritech industry. Strategic Planning:  Develop a robust strategic plan that outlines clear goals, objectives, and action steps for addressing key educational challenges. Community and Collaboration:  Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders and create opportunities for meaningful participation. Impact Measurement:  Implement tools and methodologies to measure the effectiveness and impact of the educational program. Sustainability:  Ensure the long-term sustainability of the program through effective resource management and funding strategies.

Ben and Mehnaz were both incredibly supportive throughout the Rippen cohort. From the very beginning, they made sure I felt comfortable with the project and always took the time to explain tasks clearly and thoroughly.
