Learners in this group are senior accounting majors with experience in accounting, financial statement analysis, and SWOT analysis. Learners will work virtually in teams on a project of your choosing, with the goal of delivering a final output that will bring value to your organization.

Deliverables are negotiable, and will seek to align the needs of the learners and the organization.
Some final project deliverables might include:
- A 10-15 minute presentation on key findings and recommendations
- A detailed report or executive summary including their research, analysis, insights and recommendations

Requirements
Learners in groups of 3-5 will work with your company to identify your needs and provide actionable recommendations, based on their in-depth research and analysis.
Project activities that learners can complete may include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting a financial statement analysis
- Performing a SWOT/PESTLE analysis
- Apply accounting principles and techniques to a range of business problems.
- Manipulate, analyze, and interpret financial and non-financial data.
