It was an amazing experience to implement creative ways/ideas that could be adapted by your company's chatbot, helping create potential solutions that can be applied to common problems in the workplace. It was a very engaging project and gave us real insights into the struggles that a lot of workplaces still face in the current day. This provides the motivation to realize and understand those struggles, in order to collaborate together and overcome them. The understanding of knowing other coworkers are going through the same struggles, whether it's regarding the pay system or other topics, is important. This is due to it being able to create a safe zone where everyone is able to come together and share their struggles, so that it can be combined into a realistic solution. Acting out scenarios, helped relate us to the characters and I personally felt bad playing the version of my character initially and felt satisfied when they were forced to equally share the rights and leadership amongst their employees. Leaders should be able to move their employees forward, so a sustainable and equal future is something everyone can enjoy and cherish.
