It was an amazing experience to implement creative ways/ideas that could be adapted by your company's chatbot, helping create potential solutions that can be applied to common problems in the workplace. It was a very engaging project and gave us real insights into the struggles that a lot of workplaces still face in the current day. This provides the motivation to realize and understand those struggles, in order to collaborate together and overcome them. The understanding of knowing other coworkers are going through the same struggles, whether it's regarding the pay system or other topics, is important. This is due to it being able to create a safe zone where everyone is able to come together and share their struggles, so that it can be combined into a realistic solution. Acting out scenarios, helped relate us to the characters and I personally felt bad playing the version of my character initially and felt satisfied when they were forced to equally share the rights and leadership amongst their employees. Leaders should be able to move their employees forward, so a sustainable and equal future is something everyone can enjoy and cherish. Thank you for providing this amazing project and can't wait to see what your company does next Ms. Nignon!

This experience was very educational and reflective. Teaming up with Riipen on this assignment to address core ethical issues was in itself a journey.

FIA is an amazing organization that is mission-minded in preventing history to repeat itself through educational awareness and feminine support. It was great working on a project for an amazing cause.

We had the pleasure of collaborating with Lauren from FIA. I gained insights into the organization, its mission, core values, and the meaningful impact they make, which has greatly enhanced my appreciation for the work they do.

Well the owners of CICOLAB are highly intelligent and very passionate about their budding company. Our group had very little time to work with or collaborate with them as we would have preferred. Nevertheless we created a social media plan for them to model with the goal to expand their viewership and over time gain more support from followers and future supporters.
