Video Game Prototype
GAME 160 & GAME 355
Do you have a game idea but no time to build it? Is there a game technology that you would like to research? In this project, small teams of students in the Game Programming Advanced Diploma create a game prototype using a game engine (Unity or Unreal) or by building their own custom C++ engine. They have the option to develop their own ideas or collaborate with an external client. Can you convince them that they should team up with you?
Professional Writing and Communications - Virtual Work Placement

Virtual Placement Opportunity Humber College’s Professional Writing and Communications (PWC) post-graduate students are ready to become your virtual placement students. Over the course of the placement period, students will work on projects of your organization’s choosing. Each student is available for up to 400 hours of placement between May 2nd and July 29th 2022. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, student placements can occur virtually with the assistance of various remote communications tools. Research Analyst Program (Virtual Internship) F21

Placements are an integral part of Humber College’s Research Analyst Graduate Certificate Program. The placement component of the program occurs at the end of the program and typically requires students completing a research-specific placement. These placements provide employers with students who have specialized skills in research design and project management, survey design, data collection methods, and data analysis, visualization and presentation. All students hold a bachelor’s degree and many have higher credentials along with specializations in research. Students are available for 200+ hours of placement from September 7 - November 26, 2021. Are you considering expanding your company and exploring global markets? In this project, student-researchers will work in teams to apply their business acumen and creativity to develop an International Business plan for your product/service. One international target market will be chosen after an analysis of industry landscape, socioeconomic trends, cultural, regulatory, and financial analysis.
