This project will focus on enhancing the online visibility of CETEA Systems through a strategic approach to SEO and content marketing. A team of MBA students will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company’s digital presence, assess content effectiveness, and develop a data-driven strategy to improve search rankings, website traffic, and audience engagement.

Deliverables

1 Evaluate Current Digital Presence

  • Assess website structure, SEO performance, and content effectiveness.
  • Identify gaps in keyword optimization, metadata, and site usability.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking against industry peers.

2 Develop an SEO and Content Strategy

  • Research and recommend high-impact keywords for improved search ranking.
  • Outline a content plan that aligns with audience needs and search intent.
  • Provide on-page SEO recommendations (meta tags, headings, internal linking).
  • Suggest off-page SEO tactics (backlink strategy).

3 Deliver Actionable Recommendations

  • Create a content calendar with blog topics and social media posts.
  • Draft example content to be implemented.
  • Explore the use of free AI tools for generating content.
  • Recommend technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile-friendliness).
  • Propose strategies for improving engagement and conversion rates.
