This project will focus on enhancing the online visibility of CETEA Systems through a strategic approach to SEO and content marketing . A team of MBA students will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company’s digital presence, assess content effectiveness, and develop a data-driven strategy to improve search rankings, website traffic, and audience engagement.

Market Research and Growth Strategy for a Software Business

This project focuses on identifying and reaching potential clients through market research, and then implementing recommendations for hands-on learning. The student will conduct in-depth research to understand key target industries, develop a strategic approach for outreach, and design an outreach strategy aligned with research findings. The goal is for the student to implement the strategies they have developed in designing outreach materials and a growth strategy. A stretch goal for the project is to book one client for a follow-up meeting by the end of the project, this would demonstrate exceeding expectations. Students will gain experience in market research and strategy, marketing planning, as well as direct client interactions. The student will be supported with mentorship and resources to explain and guide their work, however they will have a lot of autonomy in terms of completing deliverables. They will be encouraged to use Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance their efficiency and mentored by an AI trainer in ethics and security.
