TUIO is seeking to enhance its customer support infrastructure by migrating from HelpScout to HubSpot. This project aims to ensure a smooth transition of the customer support mailbox and knowledge base, minimizing disruption for both internal teams and customers. The current system, while functional, lacks the integration capabilities and advanced features offered by HubSpot. By migrating to HubSpot, TUIO aims to improve customer service efficiency and provide a more cohesive support experience. The project will involve careful planning and execution to ensure data integrity and continuity of service. Learners will apply their knowledge of data migration, system integration, and customer service processes to achieve the project's objectives.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include a fully functional HubSpot customer support system with all existing data from HelpScout successfully migrated. This includes the transfer of the mailbox and knowledge base, ensuring no loss of information. Additionally, a transition plan and training materials for internal teams will be developed to facilitate the adoption of the new system. The final deliverable will be a report documenting the migration process, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
