Scholarship and Subsidy Data Integration and Market Analysis
The project aims to develop a streamlined data integration solution for TUIO, focusing on importing and processing reports from scholarship and subsidy programs across the USA and Canada. The goal is to automate the crediting of parent profiles, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions. Additionally, the project involves conducting market research to map out the landscape of these programs, including funding sources, delivery methods, and overall viability. This research will provide valuable insights to inform TUIO's strategic development and decision-making processes. The project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of data integration, automation, and market analysis in a real-world context, ensuring they gain practical experience in handling complex data systems and conducting comprehensive research.

Seamless Customer Support Migration
TUIO is seeking to enhance its customer support infrastructure by migrating from HelpScout to HubSpot. This project aims to ensure a smooth transition of the customer support mailbox and knowledge base, minimizing disruption for both internal teams and customers. The current system, while functional, lacks the integration capabilities and advanced features offered by HubSpot. By migrating to HubSpot, TUIO aims to improve customer service efficiency and provide a more cohesive support experience. The project will involve careful planning and execution to ensure data integrity and continuity of service. Learners will apply their knowledge of data migration, system integration, and customer service processes to achieve the project's objectives.

Operations Summer Internship
Our team has noticed that our product development and operational processes are not as efficient as they have the potential to be. We want to simplify these processes to make them more βleanβ in order to make them less costly and more adaptable to customer feedback at a fast pace. In this project, students will focus on assisting with and evaluating our operations and identifying internal issues that are causing processes to be too timely or costly. Mapping out operational processes using Business Process Model Notation and notation (BPMN), and evaluating each step and the resources it consumes. Identifying bottlenecks in our operational processes. Assisting operational staff with minor projects and tasks Researching solutions to each unique problem identified in the mapping process. Creating a proposal with recommendations for improvements and an implementation plan for how we would incorporate the solutions.
