I had a really positive experience working with Chuck on this project. He was very accommodating when it came to scheduling meetings, which made coordination easy and convenient. What I valued most was the flexibility and autonomy I was given to manage my time and decide the best ways to contribute. Beyond that, Chuck took the time to get to know me and genuinely connect, which made the experience feel even more relatable and showed that he truly cared. He was open to my ideas and made me feel that my input was important and appreciated throughout the process. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the collaboration, and this project provided me with excellent consulting, marketing, and design experience. Being my first Riipen project, my expectations were surpassed, and I am excited and proud of what I accomplished with his support.

Working with The Method Effect was a really great experience. The project was closely aligned with my knowledge background and the team supported me really well. I worked closely with LaVerne and she was great at providing quick check-ins so ensure we were on the same page with how the project was developing. She was also very open to my ideas and allowed me to shape this project as well. They were very reasonable in what was expected for ~60 hours of work. I am very happy with the final report that I wrote and am happy with this opportunity!

It was a great experience to work on this project as our host Mr chick Bean was so helpful and cheerful. He guided us on many aspects of the project. We loved to research the project.

Actually, it is a real experience to work on the topic "What employees bug at the workplace?" because the topic we could cover mainly three areas which employees bother at the workplace which include Communication, Empathy, and Workplace Engagement. We were able to research the given topic based on before, during, and after the pandemic, So it can be considered as a great opportunity to work with the employer in a multicultural background.
