Marketing Plan
Our company offers a community workshop program, but so far is only completing projects in Eastern Canada. We hope to revamp our marketing strategy to expand this project nationally. We want students to help us build a marketing plan to grow and engage our target market. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our current marketing goals and strategies. Researching how customers perceive our brand and marketing. Recommending new channels we should use for promotion. Identifying an appropriate budget for advertising. Building an advertising package that can be sent out to communities Creating a list of potential communities this workshop would benefit
Corporate Sector Expansion Strategy for SPCG
SPCG is expanding its services beyond its traditional military and policing sectors into corporate HR, education, and sports. The goal is to identify new market opportunities and develop a comprehensive growth strategy. The project involves conducting thorough market research to understand the dynamics of these new sectors, performing competitor analysis to identify key players and potential challenges, and mapping stakeholders to understand the landscape. Students will also develop go-to-market strategies and test messaging with key personas to ensure alignment with target audiences. The project aims to provide SPCG with actionable insights and a clear path forward for successful market entry and growth.
