Working with the Level UP Teams during the March 2025 session on our Trail Quest Adventures: Brand Identity & Immersive Tour Experience Design project was a fantastic experience! I had minimal interaction with the Level Up program team but where we connected they were respectful and informative. I would use Level Up again in the future.

My BDRs were fantastic at applying their consulting skills towards Business Development objectives. They supported my setup for outreach by finding prospects in the industry aligning with our niche, developing CRM development, and insights to drive operations successfully for the 2nd quarter. They enrolled into this cohort with very little to work with, and left with a solid implemented system. I'm proud of my team, and Riipen offered a great way to achieve my coaching and leadership goals through a paid experience for my interns at zero cost to my agency. The interns enrolling into this program are educated at some of the top schools in Canada, qualified, and insightful. Highly recommend working with LevelUP - fantastic experience.

Level UP allowed me to quickly assemble a team to help jumpstart my agency's GTM strategy. These are educated, driven, and insightful students who are able to apply course concepts to real business challenges. Although you only receive 60 hours with each intern, you gain the ability to provide a fully subsidized and paid experience to your interns with flexibility, mentorship, and guided projects towards long-term business strategy. The team at Riipen was helpful in supporting my leadership with a 1:1 call halfway through the cohort, opening their doors to ongoing assistance where needed. I highly recommend working with LevelUP to kickstart or support your operations. It's an ethical system that covers labor costs for each intern, while also creating a fulfilling learning experience. I look forward to staying in touch with my 6 interns, and am excited to be setting up my business for future cohorts.

Good experience overall. We saw a lot of high quality applicants that were very hard working. The project went well, but it's not clear on what the employer needs to do and if each administrator needs to complete the forms or just one representative is enough.

Smooth interviews, but as soon as a student doesn't accept the offer before the deadline, they lose the opportunity to work for that project. As the employer, it would be nice if we could have a chance to pick someone else should one or more of the students' applications get cancelled by the Level Up program.
