Recruitment Project for a Healthcare Technology Startup

PROJECT DESCRIPTION Nimble Science has developed and clinically validated a novel ingestible capsule device for GI sample collection. The device allows exploration of the previously inaccessible areas deep in the gut. Nimble will be expanding the team to extend their services to their customers. Instead of serving as the capsule device providers, Nimble will also provide downstream sample processing and bioinformatic analysis. A gut microbiome scientist / CSO will be the next key hire for the compnay. The student will work with the management of the company to find potential candidates for this job. The student will work closely with the CTO to conduct a comprehensive review of the young scientists from the world's leading biotechnology companies and create a database of the suitable candidates. Nimble will conduct subsequent reaching out and interviews with the candidates from this database.
