Hi! I'm Amna, a Toronto Metropolitan student pursuing Information Technology Management with a concentration on cloud computing, AI applications in business, big data analytics, and IT infrastructures. I am certified in Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900), and Azure Artificial Intelligence (AI-900) to help enhance my understanding of technology. My professional experience spans across roles in customer service, administrative operations, and sales, where I’ve honed my skills in problem-solving, team leadership, and technology integration. As Administrative Assistant intern in a healthcare institution, I initiated technology-and-engagement strategies to improve the classroom and reduce the time to carry out administrative activities in the particular institution. Beyond academics and work, I served as the Director of Outreach for the Information Technology Management Student Association, where I focus on enriched engagement and creation of reputable communities through organized events catering to Information Technology.

I am a dedicated and goal-oriented individual who believes in exceeding expectations and delivering results meeting the required deadlines!!
