


Outreach Referral Program for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc.
The main goal of this project is to increase referrals for Lotus Addiction Therapy Inc.'s addiction and mental health treatment services. This will involve several different steps for the learners, including: - Researching and identifying potential referral sources such as doctors, lawyers, hospitals, businesses, detoxes, and rehabs. - Contacting potential referral sources using our company number barn app, emailing them, and following up with them. - Developing an incentive program to encourage referrals, such as offering a referral commission of $500-$1000 per referral. - Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of the referral program.

Aston Tax and Accounting Website
The goal of this project is to create a website for Aston Tax and Accounting. This website should be designed in Figma and built using React + Vite (ideally using TypeScript) and deployed on our AWS infrastructure. The website should be user-friendly and visually appealing, with a focus on providing information about the services provided by Aston Tax and Accounting.

This will involve creating screenshots and videos that accurately represent the company's online/virtual addiction and mental health treatment services. The screenshots and videos should be of high quality and should be designed to attract potential customers to the company's services.

Loki Project
The purpose of this project is to develop a new product (Loki), which would be a a react native mobile app with a nodejs backend both written in typescript. The app should allow consumers to find ratings /reviews /book /pay for service providers in their area. It should also have a geolocation based map which each service provider would show up based on the filters they are looking for such as babysitters /barbers /car mechanics /etc.

Loki Design Project
The main goal of this project is to design the mobile application for the SP411 App using Figma. The SP411 app is meant for users to find/book/pay/review service providers through a geo location based map view! Ex: If I was looking for a car service I might go on the app and filter to the car mechanics subsection and my map would be fillded with car mechanics nearby so I can see the ratings, reviews, costs, and contact information for each of these mechanics!

Usability Testing for PopIn app
The main problem we are trying to solve is to garner more user feedback through users’ experiences with our interface. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective. We would like to collaborate with students to conduct usability tests with pre-identified customers. We will provide our latest prototypes for these tests. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on our products. Reaching out to customers and scheduling interviews. Familiarizing themselves with the usability tasks that should be administered. Conducting the moderated interviews remotely and following up with customers to thank them for their participation. Analyzing and reporting the metrics / results of the tests.

Aikya Global Inc - New Project Website

The current website is outdated and lacks modern design elements, user-friendly navigation, and mobile responsiveness. Logo Usage & Guidelines Update
Our company is looking to create a new logo to update the image of our brand and give us a fresh look. We hope to retain the “feel” of our brand and remain recognizable as we have established ourselves as a trusted company over the past several years. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching current marketing, design, and branding trends of our competitors and industry leaders. Developing and designing 3-4 logos for us to choose from, including standalone symbols and versions with our brand name. Developing a new framework for logo usage guidelines. Creating a social media toolkit with the chosen logo in different sizes, colors, and text variations to be used in the company’s social media and design assets. Creating potential profile and cover photos for our social media platforms using the new logo and updated logo usage guidelines.
